In order to successfully apply for online classes, please do the following:

▲The student’s signature & parents’ approvals are needed.
▲Scan and submit your file directly to https://forms.office.com/r/a9bkwmB6f4
▲Teachers can decide their final exam methods, either online or physical exams. Applicants must abide by each teachers’ regulation and score evaluation demands.
※ For the school, you should only upload the Chinese version. Foreign students please ask your Taiwanese friends or classmates to help you with the interpretation※
