張貼人：何孟家 ╱ 公告日期：2022-06-16One last reminder, please kindly be advised that if you’re planning to leave for your home country or you have already returned home, it is necessary to apply from the dept office (not academic affairs office). The GFM advisor will help you to process a permit for consent from the school’s headmaster (TKU principal) during the pandemic. TKU’s principal needs to keep track of students' whereabouts and well-being.
If the application has already been completed recently in the spring term, there is no need to re-apply again. If not, you have to apply no later than today (June 15). If you're year 4, but you did not graduate this summer, you still need to go through the process.
If you fail to apply and leave without permission, most likely you might not have access to Teams during final exams week. Please don’t take the risk!
